The role emphasizes training, licensing, and a clear path to long-term client relationships, with opportunities for commissions and growth as you establish your practice in your local community.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent work experience in securities/financial services.
• Experience in financial services and/or sales.
• FINRA registrations or licensing knowledge as applicable.

• Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies.
• Deeply understand clients' needs to create personalized financial strategies.
• Oversee branch processes and policies to ensure quality client experiences.
