Job summary

Bank of America’s Merrill Wealth Management is seeking a driven Advisor Development Program – Financial Advisor to grow a book of business with high-net-worth clients, deliver tailored investment recommendations, and collaborate with Merrill teams to expand portfolio growth.

You will develop relationships, complete training, and achieve performance goals while navigating regulatory requirements and using a defined consultative approach to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Currently holds Series 7 & 66 licenses and/or 63 & 65 in lieu.
• Minimum of one year in financial services or sales with goals met.
• Experience in investments, including investment training and products knowledge.
• Proven ability to engage and influence others and build trust.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries about Merrill offerings.
• Position Merrill/BoA capabilities to clients and prospects.
• Collect client profile data with KYC to open accounts.
• Provide recommendations and serve accounts for prospects and clients.
• Document client interactions and opportunities in Salesforce.
