Job summary

Qualifications

• Holds Series 7 & 66 licenses (63/65 in lieu of 66).
• At least 1 year in financial services or a sales role with targets.
• At least 1 year in investments with training and product knowledge.
• Proven ability to engage, influence, and build trust.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and partners.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with client prospecting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a book of business to meet and exceed performance targets.
• Source prospective clients and referrals, referring to internal specialists and delivering customized solutions.
• Recommend investments aligned with client objectives, resources, time horizon, and risk profile.
• Balance growth, referrals, and ongoing client service in day-to-day planning.
• Coordinate with core banking and investment partners to meet client needs.
• Document client interactions and opportunities in Salesforce accurately.
