Job summary

Merrill Wealth Management is seeking a Financial Advisor in its Advisor Development Program to grow a book of high-net-worth clients, identify needs, and deliver comprehensive recommendations. You will collaborate with Merrill Financial Advisor Teams to expand portfolio growth and develop your advisory career.

You will receive mentoring, rigorous training, and exposure to a defined consultative approach to meet client goals and life priorities, while balancing growth and compliance

Qualifications

• Hold Series 7 & 66 licenses (63/65 in lieu of 66).
• Minimum 1 year in financial services or sales with quota attainment.
• Investments industry knowledge and product/service familiarity.
• Proven ability to engage, influence and build relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to earn trust.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to source clients through networking.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries from Merrill offerings and nurture leads.
• Position Merrill/Bank of America capabilities to clients.
• Collect client profile data following KYC to open accounts.
• Provide investment product recommendations aligned with client goals.
• Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain records.
