Job summary

Raymond James in Charleston seeks a Registered Client Service Associate to support Financial Advisors, their clients, and branch staff. You will communicate across phone, email, in-person, and virtual channels, and manage multiple tasks with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include onboarding clients, opening accounts, maintaining CRM records, preparing reports, and assisting with client events.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Serves as first point of contact for a high volume of daily client interactions via phone, in person, or email.
• Onboards new clients, opens new accounts, and researches client information using internal databases.
• Maintains client information/documentation to comply with firm and industry requirements.
• Prepares financial reports, spreadsheets and materials for client meetings.
• Inputs orders and rebalances portfolios on behalf of Financial Advisors.
