Edward Jones is seeking a financial advisor in the United States with a focus on building a client base and delivering personalized financial solutions. You will work with a branch team, support from home-office and regional advisors, and grow your practice over time.

You will benefit from a comprehensive training program, licensing support, and a compensation model that includes a supplemental salary for up to five years, commissions, and incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred in securities/financial services.
• Financial services or sales experience required or strongly preferred.
• Licensing/registration (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) will be required; ongoing training provided.
• Professional and/or military career progression is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to acquire new clients through in-person and virtual channels.
• Understand clients' needs to develop personalized, comprehensive investment strategies.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure high-quality client experience and regulatory compliance.
• Engage the branch team to develop and monitor the branch business plan and performance.
• Foster a mutually trusting, respectful and accountable branch environment.
