Job summary

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking driven, results-oriented career changers to join our Phoenix Metro East team of financial advisors. You will engage with families, business owners, and professionals to understand their financial objectives and provide tailored advice across seven planning areas.

This is a commission-based, 1099 independent-contractor opportunity with no base salary or employer-provided benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience welcome
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client connections
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships with self-motivation for a consistent practice
• Willingness to obtain AZ Life & Health license; pursue SIE, Series 6 or 7, and Series 63/66 within 12 months

Responsibilities

• Engage with families, business owners, and professionals to understand financial objectives
• Implement life insurance, annuities, disability coverage, advisory accounts, and retirement plans
• Build and own a book of business from day one
• Use advanced planning tools and analytics to assess client needs
• Collaborate with specialist network for advanced planning support
