Job summary

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking driven individuals to join our Phoenix Metro East team as Financial Advisors. No prior financial-services experience required; we provide pre-licensing guidance, 4-week joint-field training, and a defined career path from Associate through Managing Director.

You will own your business on WealthBridge's platform, building a client book from day one. Compensation is commission-based with no base salary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting preferred; equivalent professional experience welcome
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients
• Ability to obtain Arizona Life & Health license and securities registrations within 12 months

Responsibilities

• Engage with families, business owners, and professionals to understand financial objectives
• Provide tailored advice across planning areas and build a client book you own
• Drive commission-based earnings through client relationships and ongoing planning
• Participate in training programs and pursue advanced designations (CLU, ChFC, CFP, RICP)
