The role partners with a financial advisor to deliver ongoing planning and reviews, with a focus on growth through outreach and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in financial services, sales or related field.
• Experience in sales, business development, client relationship management, or roles requiring interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with drive to achieve goals in a performance-oriented environment.
• Clear, confident communication to simplify complex concepts for clients.
• Willingness to obtain Series 7, Series 66 and state licenses within three months; licensing is sponsored by Edward Jones.
• Comfort using financial planning software and digital engagement tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen client relationships by supporting discovery conversations and gathering financial information.
• Support comprehensive financial planning with analysis and modeling aligned to client goals.
• Guide portfolio strategy by researching performance, allocations, and costs and preparing proposals.
• Partner with the financial advisor to deliver ongoing financial planning and progress reviews.
• Support outreach and community engagement to introduce clients to relationship-based financial planning.
