Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in financial services or related field.

• Self-motivation and drive to achieve goals.
• Clear, confident communication; able to translate complex concepts for clients.
• Willingness to obtain Series 7, Series 66, and state licenses within three months; licensing is sponsored.
• Comfort learning and applying financial planning software and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen client relationships by supporting discovery conversations and gathering key financial information.
• Support comprehensive financial planning by preparing analyses and modeling scenarios.
• Guide portfolio strategy by researching performance, allocation, and costs; prepare proposals.
• Partner with the advisor and team to deliver ongoing planning and reviews.
• Contribute to growth by supporting outreach, referrals, and community engagement.
