Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in financial services or a related field.
• Experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
• Strong communication skills and goal-driven performance mindset.
• Willingness to obtain Series 7, Series 66, and state licenses within three months; licensing fully sponsored by Edward Jones.
• Familiarity with financial planning software and digital engagement tools.

Responsibilities

• Support discovery conversations and gather financial information to inform personalized plans.
• Assist in developing and presenting financial plans aligned with client goals.
• Research investment options, prepare proposals, and support implementation with proper guidance.
• Collaborate with the advisor and team to monitor progress and adjust strategies.
• Support outreach and community engagement to grow the client base.
