Job summary

Edward Jones is seeking an associate financial advisor to build and deepen client relationships while delivering personalized financial strategies and exceptional service.

You will work with one or more financial advisors and client support teammates to source new clients, manage relationships, and contribute to business outcomes. A degree or equivalent experience is preferred and licensing is sponsored.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in financial services or related field.
• Proven sales, business development or client relationship management experience.
• Willingness to obtain Series 7, Series 66, and state licenses within three months of hire; licensing sponsored by Edward Jones.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen client relationships by discovery conversations and gathering financial information.
• Prepare analyses, scenarios, and align investments with client goals and priorities.
• Research performance, allocation, and costs to support portfolio strategy and proposals.
• Collaborate with the advisor and team to deliver ongoing financial planning and reviews.
• Support outreach and referrals to grow the client base and engagement.
