Edward Jones is seeking an associate financial advisor to join our practice. You will collaborate with one or more financial advisors to deliver personalized financial strategies and exceptional client service, while helping source new clients and nurture relationships for the practice’s growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in financial services or related field.
• Proven sales or business development experience with strong interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to thrive in a performance-oriented environment.
• Clear, confident communication; able to simplify financial concepts for clients.
• Willingness to obtain Series 7, Series 66, and state insurance licenses within three months; licensing is sponsored.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen client relationships by supporting discovery conversations and gathering key financial information.
• Support comprehensive financial planning by preparing analysis and modeling scenarios.
• Guide portfolio strategy and implementation by researching performance, allocation, and costs; prepare proposals.
• Partner with the financial advisor to deliver ongoing financial planning and client reviews.
• Contribute to growth by supporting outreach, referrals, and community engagement.
