Edward Jones is seeking an Associate Financial Advisor in the United States to partner with a financial advisor and client support team to deliver personalized financial strategies and exceptional client service.

You will help source new clients, build and maintain relationships, and contribute to the practice’s business outcomes while pursuing required licenses with company sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in financial services, sales, or related field.
• Demonstrated sales, business development, or client relationship experience.
• Self-motivated with goal-oriented mindset and accountability.
• Clear, confident communication that simplifies complex concepts for clients.
• Willingness to obtain Series 7, Series 66, and state insurance licenses within 3 months; licenses sponsored by Edward Jones.
• Comfort with financial planning software and digital engagement tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen client relationships through discovery conversations and personalized financial plans.
• Support comprehensive financial planning with analysis and scenario modeling.
• Guide portfolio strategy and investments aligned with client goals and firm guidance.
• Collaborate with the advisory team to deliver ongoing financial planning and reviews.
• Support outreach, referrals, and community engagement to grow the client base.
