Job summary

Edward Jones is seeking an Associate Financial Advisor to collaborate with financial advisors and client support teammates in delivering personalized strategies and exceptional client service. You will help source new clients, build relationships, and contribute to the practice's growth.

You’ll work with a team to provide financial planning and ongoing engagement, while pursuing required licenses with full sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in financial services, sales, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, client relationships, or similar roles.
• Self-motivation and drive to achieve goals in a performance‑oriented environment.
• Clear, confident communication to simplify complex concepts for clients.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen client relationships by supporting discovery conversations and gathering financial information.
• Assist with comprehensive financial planning, analyze scenarios, and align investments with client goals.
• Research performance, assess allocations and costs, prepare proposals, and support investments within guidance.
• Partner with advisors to deliver ongoing financial planning and client reviews as needs evolve.
• Support outreach and referrals to grow the client base and promote relationship‑based planning.
