Bank of Hawaii is seeking an assistant to a Financial Advisor at BISI to provide sales, administrative and client service support. You will help grow the FA's client base by attracting new clients and developing business with existing clients, and assist in delivering personalized investment solutions via Broker-Dealer or Investment Advisory products.

Unlicensed candidates may be considered; licensing requirements may be pursued within defined timeframes.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; CFP preferred.
• Two years of brokerage firm experience with customer service and sales.
• FINRA licenses (Series 7, 63, and 65 or 66) and Hawaii Life, Accident and Health license.

Mansioni

• Reviews and opens new accounts, performs transfers and maintenance; confirms paperwork for review.
• Identifies new business opportunities; prescreens referrals and schedules appointments.
• Supports Compliance; prepares daily trade log and updates forms and applications as needed.
• Assists with BLUE360 referrals; updates client calendar and mails greeting cards.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
