Key Responsibilities

• Obtain Your Required Licenses/credentials Within 150 Days Of Hire
  • FINRA Series 7
  • Active State Securities Agent Registration (S63 or S66)
  • Active IAR Registration (S65 or S66)
  • State Life, Health Insurance and Variable Products lines
• Assist seasoned financial advisor(s) in working with clients to help them achieve their financial goals.
• Serve as a key team member, creating and delivering a unique client experience that differentiates the practice.
• Support clients and prospects by serving them holistically or specializing in products/services, including:
  • Developing and executing marketing plans for client acquisition
  • Engaging or re-engaging clients in financial planning
  • Gathering and analyzing data to develop financial recommendations
  • Helping prepare and deliver financial plans
  • Becoming a product expert and developing product-centric recommendations
  • Managing parts of the business, such as operations, process improvements, and monitoring budgets
  • Managing the practice’s client service model and ensuring consistent execution

Required Qualifications

• Support a seasoned financial advisor or advisors in a team practice

Preferred Qualifications

• Four-year college degree from an accredited institution
• High confidence, perseverance, and a strong desire to succeed
• Accountability for results
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to learn and collaborate in a team environment
