Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $90,000 to $150,000 per year.
• Competitive base salary plus bonus and incentive opportunity, depending on experience.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Grow client relationships and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Conduct client meetings to assess financial needs and present appropriate wealth management solutions.
• Manage ongoing client communication, follow-up, documentation, and relationship development.Stay informed on financial markets, investment strategies, and industry trends.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience preferred.
• Strong sales, business development, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to build rapport, establish trust, and communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable initiating conversations with prospective clients.
• Ability to work independently while managing client relationships and business development activities.
• Knowledge of financial services, investment strategies, wealth management, banking, insurance, or related client advisory services.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in sales, business development, financial services, insurance, banking, recruiting, or another relationship-focused industry.
• FINRA licenses, CFP designation, or other financial certifications.
• Strong community involvement or an established professional network in the Redmond or greater Seattle area.
