Indiana University Bloomington is seeking a Financial Administration Coordinator to support daily business operations within the Cognitive Science Program. The role handles financial records, payroll processes, and liaison duties across university divisions, working with KFS, HRMS, and SIS systems.
The position requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The Financial Administration Coordinator in the Cognitive Science Program supports the program's daily business operations. The Cognitive Science Program includes 11 faculty, 60 graduate students, and approximately 50 undergraduate students.
Combinations of related education and experience may be considered. Education beyond the minimum required may be substituted for work experience. Work experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted for education.
This role requires the ability to effectively communicate and to operate a computer and other standard office productivity equipment. The position involves sedentary work as well as periods of time moving around an office environment and the campus. The person in this role must be able to perform the essential functions with or without an accommodation.
