Job summary

Enerflex Ltd. is seeking a Financial Accountant to support month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, payroll and benefits, and tax compliance. The role requires SAP experience, BPC data input, and strong Excel skills.

You will collaborate across intercompany, tax, and audit processes in a global energy infrastructure environment. With 4+ years in a related field and a Bachelor’s in accounting or finance, you will contribute to special projects and ensure accuracy and timeliness in

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required; master's preferred.
SAP experience is a must; Blackline and OneSource knowledge a plus.
CPA certification is a plus; 4+ years of related work experience.
Strong Excel skills and attention to detail; able to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Perform balance sheet account analysis and reconciliations.
Prepare payroll, benefits and other entries.
Provide accounting support and reconciliations for intercompany, payroll/benefits, fixed assets & capex, right-of-use assets, property tax and heavy equipment tax.
Input financial data in BPC and validate sales tax exemption certificates.
Review accrued use tax and prepare related upload files.
Assist with internal and external audits and participate in special projects.
