Job summary

ENFRA is seeking an experienced accounting professional to support daily and monthly accounting processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger transactions. You will prepare invoicing with the Program Management team and manage subcontractor payables, while upholding GAAP standards.

The role requires 3+ years of accounting experience, strong Excel and MS Office skills, and precise attention to detail in a fast-paced energy infrastructure environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong skills in Adobe, Excel and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of GAAP and industry competitors familiarity helpful.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily and monthly accounting processes including journal entries, account reconciliations and general ledger transactions.
• Prepares monthly client invoicing in coordination with the Program Management team.
• Enters subcontractor accounts payable invoices and manages cash disbursements.
• Assists in the preparation and analysis of financial information in accordance with GAAP.
• Prepares routine financial reports and ad-hoc reports for operational review and decision making.
• Provides analysis and recommendations by analyzing project financial performance and budget variances.
• Assists with submission of information to auditors and responds to auditor comments.
