Served with Honor, LLC is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial planning, analysis, and close processes in a fast-paced services environment. You will partner with the CFO and Senior Leadership Team to drive forecasting, modeling, and strategic decision-making.

The role emphasizes building robust models, delivering actionable insights, ensuring strong controls with NetSuite, and driving profitability through cost management and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance required.
• 5+ years progressive accounting/finance experience.
• Strong GAAP and variance analysis expertise.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP systems preferred.
• Proven ability to lead Finance staff and cross-functional teams.
• Advanced Excel; Power BI a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead revenue, expense and cash forecasting with accounting alignment.
• Develop and refine models with key drivers to assess performance.
• Provide insights into trends, risks and opportunities for decisions.
• Advise senior leadership on bookings, COGS, and investments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to assess pipeline and pricing effects.
• Ensure robust controls and governance across revenue processes.
• Support audit activities and data integrity.
• Drive NetSuite ERP best practices across the business.
