Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is required.
• Deep knowledge of accounting principles is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communications are required.
• Ability to handle information confidentially is essential.
• Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and payable, cash receipts, bank statements, payroll, and general and subsidiary ledger entries.
• Prepare financial reporting and reconciliations, bank statements, budget reporting, and tax work; resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare journal entries for AP/AR, depreciation and closings; monthly financial statements; assist in year-end reporting; prepare quarterly and yearly tax reports.
