We seek a CPA or equivalent with nonprofit or Medicaid billing experience, and a demonstrated ability to lead people and collaborate with the executive team to advance ministry impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (CPA preferred).
• 1–5 years related experience; strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Non-profit/behavioral health/Medicaid billing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and maintains accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting for the agency.
• Ensures GAAP compliance and prepares financial statements.
• Supports audits and maintains relationships with lenders and stakeholders.
• Leads finance team and sets internal controls and procedures.
