Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of general accounting principles, fixed asset accounting, and financial reporting.

  • Hands‑on experience with SAP is strongly preferred.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.

  • Perform bank reconciliations and investigate outstanding reconciling items.
  • Support Treasury-related reporting and cash management activities.
  • Prepare and post journal entries in SAP for routine accounting transactions.
  • Partner with HR to review payroll reports and ensure accounting accuracy; Prepare payroll, bonus, and SBC journal entries; Record payroll accruals and related adjustments.
  • Prepare prepaid expense amortization, FX revaluation, and other recurring journal entries.
  • Support intercompany accounting activities, including reviewing delivery status, monitoring intercompany transactions, and preparing month-end reclassification entries.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of fixed assets, including capitalization, depreciation, transfers, retirements, disposals, and reconciliations.
  • Review and reconcile Construction in Progress (CIP) accounts and support timely capitalization of completed projects.
  • Support capital expenditure tracking and compliance with company capitalization policies.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules, maintaining supporting documentation, and responding to auditor requests.
  • Assist with ad‑hoc tasks, support continuous process improvement and strengthening of internal controls.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Mandarin language proficiency is preferred but not required.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or a related field.
  • CPA designation or progress toward CPA certification is preferred but not required.
  • 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience preferred; candidates with strong accounting fundamentals and a willingness to learn will also be considered.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $60,200 to $96,300
