Job summary

McKinsey & Company is seeking a VP of Finance to own accuracy and drive insight across our PA financial operations from Pittsburgh with a hybrid office model. You will lead GAAP adherence, internal controls, and PA tax compliance while shaping strategic initiatives through rigorous financial modeling.

You'll partner with leadership to forecast cash, manage weekly liquidity, and oversee tax planning and filings.

Qualifications

• Mastery of GAAP and internal controls.
• Experience with tax filings and PA regulations.
• Strong financial modeling and due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain PA property-tax filings ahead of assessor deadlines.
• Draft memos for sign-off by legal.
• Support due diligence and strategic financial modeling.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls.
• Forecast cash flows and manage weekly liquidity.
• Oversee weekly cash positioning and short-term borrowing decisions.
