Improve Your Tomorrow is seeking a Finance VISTA to design and implement financial capacity-building resources for IYT's finance team. This full-time AmeriCorps service role focuses on budgeting, compliance, and documentation.

You will create reusable infrastructure, trackers for funding and contracts, and an audit-ready framework, with training materials and templates to support staff. The position includes a living allowance and potential education award after completion.

Responsibilities

• Design and build financial capacity-building resources.

• Develop a Finance Policies and Procedures Library with guides and templates.
• Establish an Audit-Readiness System with documentation and checklists.
• Build centralized trackers for grants, contracts, and vendor documentation.
• Produce training resources and redesigned finance forms.
