Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completed tutoring courses with a grade A or B at Texas Wesleyan or discretion of the Director.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 (exceptions at Director's discretion).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow FERPA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic tutoring services by maintaining a weekly schedule of available hours for appointments.
• Attend tutor training workshops as required.
• Keep accurate records of tutoring appointments and file tutoring reports.
• Maintain contact with professors to obtain materials for the ASC.
• Assist undergraduate students with assignments.
• Cover front desk duties and schedule tutoring appointments as needed.
