Job summary

You will analyze current-state processes, identify gaps, support finance transformation and change management, and translate findings into clear recommendations for senior leaders within PwC’s Finance Consulting practice. Expect to mentor junior team members and manage workstreams with client-focused delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance consulting or related field.
• Experience in finance transformation, operating models, or organizational design preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze finance operating models, org structures, and current-state processes to identify gaps and redesign opportunities.
• Develop target operating model recommendations for finance functions, including governance, roles, and service delivery.
• Prepare client-ready deliverables translating findings into insights, options, and roadmaps.
• Interpret financial data to support recommendations for finance transformation and business cases.
• Facilitate discovery sessions with finance and business leaders to gather requirements and shape designs.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on deliverables.
