Job summary

PwC in Seattle is hiring a Finance Function Strategy Consulting Senior Associate to help clients shape finance operating models, governance, and rhythms aligned with business goals. You will analyze complex challenges, manage workstreams, and mentor junior team members while deepening understanding of the client’s business context.

The role requires 3+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree, with responsibilities spanning from current-state assessments to implementation roadmaps and change

Responsibilities

• Analyze finance operating models, org structures, and current-state processes to identify gaps and redesign opportunities.
• Develop target operating model recommendations for finance functions including governance, roles, and service delivery.
• Prepare client-ready deliverables translating findings into insights, options and roadmaps.
• Interpret financial data to support finance transformation and business case development.
• Facilitate discovery sessions with finance and business leaders to gather requirements and shape designs.
• Apply methodologies to assess finance processes, reporting needs, capabilities, and workforce implications.
• Support change management by assessing impacts and preparing teams for new ways of working.
• Contribute to workstream planning, tracking, and issue resolution.
