Job summary

OSI Engineering, Inc. seeks a Project Manager to join our Finance Transformation team in Cupertino. The role focuses on organizational change management, stakeholder communications, and delivering clear outputs across programs.

You will collect information from multiple teams, craft project plans, and track milestones and risks to successful completion. As a self-starter, you will develop future-state processes, build executive-ready presentations, and support software planning activities.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communicator with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive self-starter who can work independently in ambiguous environments.
• Business analysis: requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation.
• Ability to create clear, concise presentations for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
• Experience with change management programs or frameworks.
• Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables) to support software planning work.

Responsibilities

• Support organizational change management programs, including stakeholder communications, readiness tracking, and adoption.
• Collect, consolidate, and synthesize information from multiple teams into clear, usable outputs.
• Create and maintain project plans, and track milestones, dependencies, and risks to completion.
• Document current and future-state processes.
• Build presentations and status updates for program teams and leadership.
• Provide PM support to other programs as priorities shift.
• Support software planning activities, including data collection and analysis.
