Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking a Program Manager in Cupertino to anchor the PMO and Planning programs within Finance Transformation. You will structure a complex portfolio, surface risks early, and provide executives with a clear view of progress and decisions needed.

This IC role collaborates with program leads, engineering, and business teams in a dynamic environment. The base pay range is $140,700 to $211,400, with eligibility for bonuses and relocation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience, including software planning and prioritization.
• Hands-on experience with project and portfolio management systems ( Wrike, Clarity ).
• Comfortable working in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups) for analysis and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support PMO and Planning programs across the full software planning and prioritization cycle, including intake, prioritization, funding, and tracking against plan.
• Partner with program leads to keep scope, timelines, and dependencies on track.
• Identify, assess, and escalation risks and issues, and drive mitigation to closure.
• Build executive-level presentations and status reports that are concise, accurate, and decision-oriented.
• Analyze program and portfolio data in Excel and enterprise planning tools to find trends, gaps, and discrepancies, and turn them into clear recommendations.
• Support cross-functional programs, including stakeholder communications, readiness tracking, and adoption.
• Lead or support special projects as priorities emerge, from scoping through delivery.
• Establish and improve program processes, templates, and operating cadences, applying the right methodology (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) to each program.
