Job summary

Deloitte seeks a Finance Transformation Strategic Change Manager to lead people and culture aspects of a large internal program in the United States. You will shape change strategies that engage teams and drive adoption of a human-led, AI-powered finance ecosystem and other Finance initiatives.

You will collaborate with Finance leadership, design leadership alignment plans, deliver communications, measure impact, and report to program leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Change Management, Organizational Effectiveness, or Communications required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in change management and/or communications related to strategic transformations.
• Demonstrated ability to design and execute change management strategies in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Limited travel required (approximately 10-20%), with the ability to work remotely when not co-locating with team or client stakeholders.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute fit-for-purpose change management strategies for the Finance Transformation program and related initiatives.
• Perform stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments to inform data-driven strategies.
• Build and manage leadership alignment plans to drive executive buy-in and sponsor engagement.
• Develop and deliver communications and engagement activities with subject matter experts and leadership.
• Measure effectiveness of change interventions using defined metrics and evolve plans accordingly.
• Report activity status to program leadership and escalate risks as needed.
