Job summary

Salesforce in Indianapolis is seeking a Manager, Finance Transformation to lead process improvements across core finance operations and optimize connections between Workday and sub-ledger systems. You will drive autonomous workflows and ensure scalable financial outcomes.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in finance transformation, finance technology consulting or enterprise financial systems management.
Hands-on experience driving business process optimization within enterprise finance systems.
Comfortable leading finance technology initiatives as a functional project lead with timelines and risks.
Experience leveraging enterprise Agentic AI tools to automate workflow decisions.
Proven track record identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable improvements.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end process improvement and agentic transformation across core finance operations and autonomous workflows.
Coordinate the feature backlog, twice-annual Workday releases, and strategic project delivery.
Investigate cross-platform transactional breakdowns and apply root-cause fixes to prevent failures.
Drive holistic stakeholder engagement across Finance to ensure initiatives consider the financial/regulatory landscape.
Translate complex finance requirements into clear technical specifications for IT execution.
