Job summary

Sysco is seeking a Finance Transformation Lead to define and design future state Finance processes across AP, AR, ITC and RTR within the Shared Services Organization. You will coordinate end-to-end process design, data standards and performance management, working with Core Financials and Financial Engagement Layers (Cora).

The role serves as Workday and Finance SME, ensuring cross-functional alignment, coordinating post-acquisition integration activities, and driving end-to-end process

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in Finance related field
• Advanced degree in Finance related field
• Minimum Required: 10+ years of experience
• 10+ years in finance transformation roles

Responsibilities

• Process design management / owner
• Set strategic direction for organization, including process design, policy development, spend management controls, technology
• Drive the strategic focus and drive functional excellence across the end-to-end process
• Continuous improvement on processes and procedures
• Lead integration efforts of processes into SBS including existing Sysco businesses and acquisitions
• Partners with external consultants and internal stakeholders to determine strategic direction of SBS functions
