• CPA preferred.
• 5–10+ years of experience at Manager level or 10–15+ years at Senior Manager level.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation engagements from strategy through execution.
• Assess current-state finance and accounting operations and identify improvements.
• Design and implement shared services models and operating structures.
• Drive month-end close optimization and process redesign.
• Improve core accounting processes, controls, and reporting capabilities.
• Partner with CFOs, Controllers, and Finance Leaders to align initiatives.
• Manage project teams, timelines, and deliverables for high-quality outcomes.
• Support business development, including proposals and client presentations.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
