Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a Financial Management Transformation professional to optimize government financial processes, build dashboards, and drive data analytics. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, manage end-to-end initiatives, and deliver solutions aligned with federal policies and performance metrics.

You will work with Power Platform, Power BI, Tableau, and AI-enabled analytics to improve efficiency, transparency, and compliance across complex programs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD Public Trust.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Two years of experience in business transformation, financial management, data analytics, audit or accounting.
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms (SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, Tableau).
• Attention to detail and ability to create/edit written work and graphics.
• Experience leading client meetings and presenting to senior leadership.
• Experience applying project management best practices.
• Experience documenting and evaluating business processes.

Responsibilities

• Support transformative initiatives by modernizing financial processes.
• Lead Power Platform tool implementations and present solutions to stakeholders.
• Create performance metrics and interactive dashboards using Power BI and Office tools.
• Identify and implement process improvements in financial tools and templates.
• Assess current processes and design future-state solutions with stakeholders.
• Draft project plans and ensure realistic timelines are followed.
• Provide regular updates to executive clients on progress.
• Collaborate to embed financial management standards and audit readiness.
