Qualifications

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD PUBLIC TRUST
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, information systems, engineering, business analytics, or a related field
• ONE (1) year of experience in business transformation, financial management, data analytics, audit or accounting
• Experience with low-code and no-code technology platforms, including SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Tableau
• Ability to synthesize information quickly and learn new skills, view problems and apply a variety of solutions, and lead client-facing discussions and meetings

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to modernize financial processes
• Implement Microsoft 365 Power Platform tools and present solutions to stakeholders for feedback
• Create performance metrics and dashboards using Power BI, SharePoint, Office Suite
• Identify process improvements over financial tools and templates using technology
• Coordinate current-state assessments and future-state solution recommendations
• Support end-to-end development with realistic timelines and updates to executives
• Embed financial management standards with federal policies, audit readiness, and operational integrity
