Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking Financial Management Transformation professionals in the Washington, DC area to optimize federal financial processes and performance management. You will drive modernization, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and implement Power Platform solutions to deliver data-driven insights.

The role emphasizes building dashboards, coordinating with teams, and ensuring alignment with federal policies and audit readiness. A public trust is required for onboarding.

Qualifications

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD PUBLIC TRUST; adjudication required prior to onboarding.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, information systems, engineering, business analytics, or related field.
• Two (2) years of experience in business transformation, financial management, data analytics, audit or accounting.
• Experience with low-code and no-code technology platforms, including SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Tableau.
• Heightened attention to detail, and the ability to create and edit technical and non-technical written work products and graphical presentations.
• Experience leading client meetings and presenting recommendations to senior-level leadership.
• Experience utilizing project management best practices.
• Experience documenting and evaluating business processes and making recommendations for process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformative initiatives by partnering with senior stakeholders to modernize financial processes.
• Oversee implementation of Microsoft 365 Power Platform tools and present solutions for feedback.
• Create performance metrics and dashboards using Office Suite, Power Platform, SharePoint, Power BI.
• Identify and implement process improvements to financial tools and templates.
• Assess current-state processes and coordinate with stakeholders for future-state design.
• Help create project plans for end-to-end development with realistic timelines.
• Regularly update executive clients on project progress and align on deliverables.
• Work with senior teams to embed financial management standards into solution design and audit readiness.
