Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Data Science & Analytics professional to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visual analytics using Power BI.

You will translate business, operational, and stakeholder requirements into actionable analytics products, develop data models and DAX measures, and implement ETL/ELT workflows. Geospatial visualization and AI-enabled insights will support health, government, and mission-focused analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years in BI/analytics.
• Experience designing and administering enterprise Power BI solutions.
• Proficient with DAX optimization and data modeling for scalable reports.
• Ability to translate business needs into analytics products with governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Translate requirements into analytics products and KPIs for stakeholders.
