Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Finance Transformation leader to partner with CFOs and drive value across the enterprise. You will shape vision, strategy, and outcomes while guiding multi-disciplinary teams through complex transformations.

In this role, you’ll deliver data-driven insights to the CFO, interface with senior leaders, and advance digital finance using ERP, analytics, and GenAI. A client-centric advisor, you’ll help grow the culture and practice while staying ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 8 years of Finance transformation experience across multiple finance function areas.
• Minimum 5 years of finance and/or accounting with management consulting.
• Minimum 3 years experience in the Resources industry (Utilities or Energy).

Responsibilities

• Help clients modernize finance functions by setting vision, strategy, goals, and key outcomes.
• Provide the CFO with the right data and insights to drive shareholder value.
• Understand the client’s challenges and provide solutions to complex business problems.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Advisor for Accenture projects and proposals for your area of expertise.
• Manage engagement risk, project economics, deliverable content, and ensure client buy-in.
• Be a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
• Encourage innovation from team members; support their ideas and career goals.
• Create strategies and blueprints using advanced operating models, processes, and technologies.
• Oversee digital transformations to drive efficiency, effectiveness, experience, and growth.
• Identify needed skillsets, data, operating models, process automation, analytics, workflows, and enabling technology.
• Find modern technology and data solutions for clients and share best practices across the industry.
• Help Grow the practice by participating in key business development activities and cycles
• Stay on top of current trends, technologies, and regulations influencing digital finance.
• Drive incremental sales by leading and assembling the requisite teams to respond to proposals
