Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Accounting PMO leader to drive cross-functional programs supporting the launch and expansion of Amazon Leo. You will champion controllership, partner with product, finance, tax, treasury, and technology teams, and accelerate financial integration initiatives at global scale.

The role demands strong communication, quantitative problem-solving, and experience delivering large initiatives across multi-currency, multi-entity environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience
• Experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive new and evolving programs with cross-functional stakeholders, defining end to end strategy, owning and managing implementation activities, developing processes, metrics, documentation and communications, and supporting continuous improvement of programs.
• Partner with worldwide business, technology, and product teams on delivering high-quality programs.
• Provide feedback on priorities, timelines, and outcomes to influence business processes and decision making to scale financial recordkeeping health while meeting business objectives.
• Communicate and influence adoption of programs and processes across leaders, peers, and cross functional organizations.
• Collaborate and build relationships with business, product, accounting, technology, and finance owners globally to build scalable financial automation with the highest degree of controllership.
• Look around corners, proactively set up the team for success in achieving our goals, and earn trust through broad stakeholder influence.
