Job summary

RWS is seeking a Senior Finance Programme Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex, global finance transformation programmes across multiple workstreams, regions, and business functions. The role focuses on translating strategy into an executable roadmap and delivering technology implementations, process redesigns, data migration, controls enhancements, and organizational change.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience delivering large, complex transformation projects or programmes.
Proven experience leading finance transformation and enterprise technology implementations.
Strong stakeholder management and executive reporting skills.
Experience with multi-country/global finance programmes.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of global finance transformation programmes across multiple workstreams, regions and functions.
Define programme vision, scope, budget, roadmap and governance.
Coordinate design, configuration, data migration, testing and deployment across finance platforms.
Manage vendors, partners and commercial aspects, ensuring value delivery and on-time benefits.
Ensure regulatory, tax and control requirements are addressed throughout delivery.
