Job summary

Accenture is seeking a finance transformation professional to partner with CFOs, helping modernize finance functions, drive efficiency, and unlock value with data, processes, and GenAI-powered tools. You will work with internal and client teams to set vision, goals, and measurable outcomes across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 3+ years finance management consulting experience.
• 3+ years finance operations experience (Close, External Reporting, Intercompany, Consolidations, O2C, P2P).
• 2+ years experience with finance ERP/EPM platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Anaplan, OneStream).
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with clients and document requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in modernizing finance functions by setting vision, goals and outcomes.
• Assist project teams in managing risk and deliverables.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Participate in clients' digital transformations to drive efficiency and growth.
• Identify data, operating models, processes, analytics and enabling technology needs (FinTech apps, AI/GenAI).
• Share best practices across the industry and stay updated on trends.
