Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Finance Reinvention Senior Manager to lead large-scale F&A transformations for Fortune 500 clients. You will combine deep F&A domain mastery with AI, agentic tech, and ERP ecosystems to sell, shape, and deliver complex programs end-to-end.

You will build CFO and CAO level relationships, drive multi-year transformation roadmaps, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve measurable value and executive sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in large-scale F&A transformation with a sales component
• Minimum 5 years deep domain experience in PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A

Responsibilities

• Lead F&A Sales and Practice — Own the full deal lifecycle from pursuit and origination through shaping, oral presentations, workshops, co-design, and project execution for global enterprise clients.
• Drive CFO-level relationships — Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, CAOs, and Finance leadership, influencing strategy and generating new opportunities through insight and credibility.
• Design AI-first Finance solutions — Apply agentic AI, intelligent automation, and emerging ERP and ecosystem technologies to reinvent F&A operating models, with clear value outcomes at the centre of every design decision.
• Shape compelling value propositions — Translate complex transformation program into commercially clear narratives that win client CFO confidence and close large-scale managed services deals.
• Deliver deep domain expertise — Act as a recognized specialist in at least one F&A tower (PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A).
• Set the thought leadership agenda — Contribute to market-facing points of view on Finance Reinvention, AI in F&A, and the future of the Finance function; elevate Accenture’s presence at industry forums.
