Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. seeks a Technology Cost Accounting & FinOps Manager to own the TCO framework, financial transparency, and business case realization across the Global Technology Organization.

Reporting to Finance leaders, you will drive cost discipline, optimize vendor and operational spending, and deliver data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions across cloud, telecom, software, and hardware spend.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years FP&A, FinOps, or cost management experience.
• Strong proficiency with TCO models, business case development, and reporting.
• Understanding of vendor contracts and IT cost structures.
• Hands-on with Excel, BI tools, and cost modeling platforms.

Aufgaben

• Define FinOps operating model and cadence across GTO.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost accountability processes.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and savings.
• Develop and track ROI/NPV business cases for initiatives.
• Align actuals with budgets and produce leadership reports.
• Collaborate with Finance, VMO, PMO and vendors on cost management.
• Establish governance for cost accounting and reporting.
