Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Manager, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation to drive finance transformation across strategy, operating model, technology, data, and AI in the United States. You will work with Finance and Technology leaders to modernize finance functions, solve complex challenges, and unlock value from the finance organization.

The role requires 8+ years of experience in finance/advisory, leading large-scale transformations, and ability to travel ~50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or consulting, including advising CFOs in finance transformation, finance technology and architecture strategy, data and AI, capital strategy, cost optimization, process improvement, or service delivery and operating model design.
• Experience leading at least 2 large-scale finance transformation projects involving finance process redesign, service delivery model development, or technology implementation.
• Experience implementing at least 1 digital finance technology solution within a finance function, such as robotic process automation, predictive analytics, or data visualization tools.
• Experience managing 2+ workstreams on transformation projects and delivering major milestones on time and within scope.
• Willingness to travel 50% on average.

Responsibilities

• Leading finance strategy and transformation engagements focused on operating model design, process improvement, finance technology, data, and AI.
• Assessing client needs, synthesizing analyses, and developing recommendations aligned to engagement objectives and enterprise value.
• Managing engagement delivery, including workstreams, deliverables, stakeholder communications, and project execution.
• Supporting business development through proposal development, solution design, and client presentations.
• Mentoring teams, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to practice growth.
