Job summary

Insight Global is hiring for a Finance Transformation support role in Burr Ridge, IL. The position focuses on optimizing processes, automating workflows, and driving operational excellence across finance functions in partnership with Shared Services and business leaders.

The role involves gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, and delivering new processes and technologies using Lean Six Sigma methodologies, with reporting and dashboard development to monitor outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Healthcare Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting operations, process improvement, analytics, or business transformation.
• Experience mapping processes, creating policies, and documenting procedures and work instructions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Word
• Understanding of financial processes, general ledger concepts, financial statements, chart of accounts and accounting operations.
• Ability to gather business requirements and work effectively with cross-functional teams. Power BI or Tableau experience
• Power Query / SQL experience
• AI Tools experience
• Healthcare industry experience
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent

Responsibilities

Join a major medical systems Finance Transformation team and help drive process improvement, automation, and operational excellence across finance functions. This role partners with Finance Shared Services and business leaders to identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve financial processes, and support strategic transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
