You will bridge Finance, IT and business stakeholders, lead complex initiatives, strengthen internal controls, improve data quality, and support adoption of new tools to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years in finance transformation, finance operations, finance systems, business analysis, financial analysis, project delivery, or related Finance/IT roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading or supporting cross-functional finance transformation initiatives, process improvement efforts, system implementations, integrations, upgrades, or reporting enhancements.
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation, testing, stakeholder facilitation, and solution design.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience working with finance systems, reporting tools, workflows, data validation, and cross-system reporting.
• Project Management or Agile certifications (PMP, Scrum, SAFe).
• Experience with internal controls, audit readiness, data governance, and finance reporting standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end finance process transformation initiatives across AP, Procurement, AR, Payroll, Accounting, FP&A, and reporting.
• Facilitate design sessions with Finance, IT, and stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
• Ensure changes support internal controls, data integrity, audit readiness, and segregation of duties.
• Identify control gaps, assess risks, and propose improvements for compliance and accountability.
• Develop actionable recommendations to improve efficiency, data quality, and decision support.
• Lead discovery sessions to gather and prioritize requirements from Finance leaders, end users, IT, and vendors.
• Translate requirements into clear specifications and ensure traceability through design, testing, and post-go-live validation.
