Job summary

Highspring seeks a seasoned finance transformation leader to partner with senior leaders in insurance and banking sectors to translate strategy into actionable financial and operating models. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, corporate planning, or finance transformation with at least 2 years of client-facing experience in a professional services organization.
• Deep industry experience in Insurance and/or Banking, with understanding of industry economics, products, and regulatory environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in FP&A and enterprise planning, product profitability, expense management, and performance management.
• Hands-on experience supporting or leading Target Operating Model transformations and bridging business, finance, and data/tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A and corporate planning initiatives including stress testing, capital planning, budgeting, rolling forecasts, and scenario modeling for insurance and/or banking businesses.
• Develop and oversee product, customer, and business-line profitability analysis, including margin drivers and pricing impacts.
• Provide transparency into overhead and shared services costs and allocate expenses to products, functions, and lines.
• Support executive decision-making with clear, insight-driven financial narratives and dashboards.
• Partner with finance, technology, and data teams to improve data mappings and financial data flows across source systems.
• Translate business and finance requirements into scalable performance management solutions.
• Define future-state operating models aligned to strategy, scale, and regulatory expectations; drive roadmaps and change management.
• Lead and mentor project teams, facilitate executive sessions, and contribute to business development through solution design.
